Swedish Massage

The massage incorporates five to six different movements in a combination of techniques and strokes that will flow, increasing circulation and ensuring the recipient receives a deep relaxation on many levels.

It will depend on the clients preferences to how firm or soft the pressure is used. This technique warms the clients muscles, allows the therapist to familiarise themselves with the client and it can be used to detect tension, knots and adhesion's.
