Appointment Cancellation and No show Policy
Whilst I understand things may come up; we get ill; our family members get ill or maybe we forget, please be mindful that I am not always able to fill cancelled appointments. So with this in mind, I will be introducing the following policy from 1st April 2024.
I am sure you can appreciate that no one would be prepared to turn up to work for the day and not get paid.
FROM 1ST APRIL 2024

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give me at least 24 HOURS notice.

For cancellations less than 24 hours or same day cancellations, clients will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service/treatment.

No shows or failure to attend, clients will be asked to pay 100% of the scheduled service/treatment.
