Appointment Cancellation and No show Policy

Whilst I understand things may come up; we get ill; our family members get ill or maybe we forget, please be mindful that I am not always able to fill cancelled appointments. So with this in mind, I will be introducing the following policy from 1st April 2024.

 

I am sure you can appreciate that no one would be prepared to turn up to work for the day and not get paid.

 

FROM 1ST APRIL 2024

 

  • If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give me at least 24 HOURS notice.

  • For cancellations less than 24 hours or same day cancellations, clients will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service/treatment.

  • No shows or failure to attend, clients will be asked to pay 100% of the scheduled service/treatment.
