I was first introduced to the idea of Holistic Therapies after attending and completing an introductory course to Indian Head Massage  Level One. I couldn't believe the benefits I was gaining from my weekly head massages. When Aromatherapy Essential Oils were combined into the massage, well, honestly, I was so intrigued and determined to learn and understand the industry of Holistic / Complementary Therapy I enrolled on a Level Three Complementary Therapies course for one year.

I qualified as a Level Three VTCT Complementary Therapist in May 2012 at Lowestoft College. Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, shortly followed by a twelve week course in Level Three VTCT Indian Head Massage. 

 

In September 2012, I set up on my own, in a home based therapy room business in Oulton Broad, Lowestoft and I have not looked back since. I finally found the career path that had been waiting for me to develop in more ways than one.

 

I've continued my personal development by gaining qualifications with Gateways Workshops in Thai Foot Massage, Natural Lift Face Massage, and Deep Tissue Advanced Massage.

 

In 2015 /16 I wanted to explore a different path from physical body work massage to Spiritual Development and Energy Healing.

 

I completed training and have been attuned to Usui Reiki I, Reiki 2 and Reiki 3 which makes me a Reiki Master. I have now been channelling Reiki for over 10 years.

I wish to continue adding new therapies that I can offer, providing a wide range of complementary therapies that work for you.
